This is an inbound and outbound Business to Business (B2B) telesales job that involves issuing licenses rather than selling them. You will be receiving calls from and making calls to businesses on behalf of the Performing Right Society and looking to establish if they play music in their business. If they do (and wish to continue doing so) you will help prs to recover the requisite monies owed. The call needs to be supportive and understanding, not confrontational and aggressive.
