We are currently looking for a Change Manager to work with the nhs Programme Team. This is a contract position and will run initially for 12 months. The role of the Change Manager will be to manage the overall change processes, working with the nhs trust, to facilitate the deployment and maintenance of new products and services in the nhs operational environment. Working will be aligned with the national Service Management work stream to assure effective, standard working practices. The role will assure the change processes and the deliverables such that they meet the requirements of the Programme in a live-service environment. You will need to demonstrate extensive knowledge of Change Management Strategy within the nhs. In order to be successful within this role you will need to be a strong influencer with experience of working across a number of workstreams within an Acute or pct setting.
