Scope is a charity that supports disabled people to enjoy the same rights and opportunities as everyone else. We work with all disabled people and have particular expertise in working with people with complex support needs. Scope is working in partnership with East Sussex County Council to provide a new short breaks service for disabled children, providing leisure support and personal care to disabled children and young people in the community and within their own homes. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of this service. Supported by a team leader and the registered manager, you will lead a team of people, working across the county, to provide high-quality support and personal care to disabled children and young people.
