Our client needs an experienced Executive Chef to take control of the kitchen on a short term basis to cover the transition between the outgoing chef and his replacement. You will need to be available from 20th of February ongoing for 2-3 months. The restaurant is a fine dining concept, making use of a variety of modern techniques.
