Reporting to the Compliance Operations Manager, the role entails Carrying out checks and give feedback on selected cases using sales quality checklist Complete checklist to required standards and within timescales Record checks completed on the sales quality database Compile feedback on cases using standard templates Provide feedback to adviser and copy as appropriate Monitor responses received to deadline dates and ensure response covers the completed actions, then follow up with adviser and supervisor where responses not received Escalate non-completion in line with procedures Input monitoring data to the sales quality database Check quality of response against actions specified, as well as being able to identify
